I wanted to commend Brian, Parts Manager, at Landrover downtown Salt Lake. He went above and beyond in helping me find the wrap for my 2022 110 landrover defender trophy edition. While I was not able top obtain any help at the Hunt Valley dealership where I purchased the vehicle, Brain was able to provide excellent help. I purchased a 2023 defender trek through Jared at this dealership who also did an amazing job to sell the vehicle. Because of Brain's and Jared's service, I plan to purchase my next vehicle at Landrover downtown Salt Lake. Highly recommend.
I love my Defender 110. The LRDSL service team take care of it as if they owned it. It's hard to find that level of service / attention to detail these days. Tyler and Parker at the service desk are excellent at communicating, especially at proactively providing service updates, and making me feel valued as a customer. Jared on the sales floor has been an amazing resource and advisor throughout my LR ownership journey. And Kelly in the finance/warranty department has been very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership because of the great people there.
I had bought a Range Rover from them and had it for two weeks and it was having problems and they took it back and refunded me all my money. I thought that was very kind of them to do that, they stand by their cars and they care about their customers needs.

I just bought my Land Rover Defender from Nick Favero and had a great experience. He really made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and even helped out with some things beyond his job as a salesperson. At no time did I feel pushed to do anything. This is a beautiful and welcoming dealer with great service. Adam was very professional and diligent, he kept me informed throughout the work order progress. However, Do NOT BUY A DIESEL LAND ROVER. Mine has sat in a LR shop for hours twice. Techs often don't know how to fix it this DEF glitch that would cause vehicle NOT to start because of a "low quality DEF Warning" A common issue in this POS diesel generation vehicle. Land Rover doesn't care. They'll sell you a diesel vehicle that can leave you stranded anywhere.

Rovers are great vehicles, but can complex to maintain. The service department here is the best - respectful of time, upfront about options and knowledgable. We spent an hour with each salesperson during the purchase and then years with Travis and the team getting new tires, oil changes, upgrades and other items keeping our LR4 and then a Rover Sport in top condition.
